Sorry, we cannot guarantee a specific vehicle model for your ride request due to the vehicle and chauffeur's availability on the day of the rides. We guaranteed a luxury vehicle for the transfers.
An hourly ride booking: First 2 hrs 60 km included, and an additional every 1 hour 30 km included. The passenger may choose to book from 2 to 24 hours of hourly ride options, and please note that you may charged extra money for each additional km if your ride goes above the free incl km, and the price starts from $6 to $30 per km according to the service class booked
Please feel free to book whenever you like since they are private tours you asked for. However, during high season (Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb), booking at least 60 days in advance is strongly recommended to secure your place and preferred accommodation. For tours booked 20 days in advance or less, full payment must be taken at the time of booking.
Yes, certainly. Our busy season is between October and March (spring/summer), although as New Zealand is such a popular destination in all seasons, the tours can run all year round, and flexible itinerary for your budget tours
Our website bookings are an online payment system. It's fully secured and easy to use. Other bookings will receive a confirmation email with a payment invoice, and you may pay online directly from our invoice payment system. We accept credit cards and debit cards.
You can book online at least 24 hours before your airport transfers or hourly booking service. For tours, booking is required at least four weeks in advance. You may contact us by phone or email if you have short notice of time to travel, and we will do our best to get a service
Our site uses Google Maps to find the location’s address to calculate the distance, and some locations' addresses are not up to date in Google Maps or system errors when first entered, which affects our quote system. If this happens to you, click refresh on the website to reload and try again to find the correct distance of your travel address. Please email or phone us, and we can get a quote and book for you.

We will do our best to reschedule your pickup according to your new arrival time if your inbound flight prior to arrivals delayed, and without any extra costs, it is free of charge. Yes, you can hire a child car seats for your journey, and write a request on the booking's special request box to let us know how many children are travelling with you, and required the number of child car seats you need it please. If you require a child car seat for a baby under 9 months, you would need to bring your own, as we only offer front-facing child car seats for babies over 9 months old. In the notes section let us know the ages of the little travellers in the booking please. Thank you
